About Kohl’s diverseAbilities BRG Neurodiversity Awareness Month Project:
Kohl’s diverseAbilities Business Resource Group (BRG) celebrates neurodiversity to honor our community’s neurological differences, which challenge our thinking and ignite new ideas that drive Kohl’s success.
Emma Rarick led the company-wide art direction and creative production for Neurodiversity Awareness Month (February–April 2026). She developed and executed the visual identity for the initiative, ensuring a cohesive and engaging experience across all materials.
Her contributions included designing the BRG newsletter, creating neurodiversity-themed coloring pages, developing printable fidget origami instructions, and illustrating an interior design concept for building your own sensory room. These resources were created to help individuals and teams enhance workplace accessibility and increase awareness of neurodiversity-supportive environments.
